The line inside always takes FOREVER. If you can, use the drive-thru; that's faster because there's a time limit to fulfill the order. The people waiting inside get screwed over.
These people are slow & rude like crazy. 9min to get someone to talk to at the drive thru , and when we confronted them about getting the order wrong, the guy at the window insinuated we were drinking.
One person in line in front of me. Asked a question about almost everything on the menu. Waited 10 minutes and finally left.

Been sitting in the dive thru line for 5 minutes... This defeats the purpose of it being a fast food establishment
