This is really nice place to come and get some work done. The service here it's phenomenal. The only complaint is, I refuse to pay six dollars for a sandwich that they will heat up! LOL

This Starbucks has the friendliest staff of all the ones around Nashville, especially early in the morning at the drive-thru!

Great place to go but be forewarned that they get doctors offices & corporate orders in line instead of calling, so you may be waiting while they scramble to fix the $200 order in front of you. -_-

They seem to change teams often, but the servers make an effort to remember people. Plenty of tables and chairs inside and outside in a covered area.

They are very nice but they do not work efficiently during the morning rush. They are stepping all over each other and slowing themselves down.

Largest Starbucks I've been to. Sit outside early in the morning if you can handle a few smokers .

Hold your breath as you enter or leave. The smokers on the patio always generate a cancer cloud.

I'd think twice before coming back. There's limited stock on the shelves and I stood alone at the counter for 3 minutes first in line before deciding this was a waste of my time. Next store please!

ive never in my life heard of a place whom drops 20 dollar bills in the dropbox during high peak hours. management needs help employees have no common sense.
