Worth the trouble getting the reservation . A uniquely French-Japanese experience only to be found in Tokyo. Professional service combined with beautifully presented, delicious fare.
山羊乳のババロア は流石に絶品、でもこれ調理ほぼしてない笑。コロナ禍で一回転しかしないからかスタッフ さん達力持て余してて過剰な笑顔かつ 饒舌。ワイン のペアリングコース がちびちび過ぎてガブッと飲みたい派には無理だったのでクソ高のしか載ってないリストからやっと探した赤白。美味かったからヨシ。結果、イノベーティブもういいや。
素晴らしい料理の数々に圧巻。グランメゾン東京にも出てきた料理は特にテンション上がりまくりで、、山羊乳のババロア とか感動でした。今まで訪問したフレンチの中では最高のお店でした。
12品のコース と聞くと食べられるかな？と心配になったが、ひと皿ひと皿が小さめなので普通に完食できる。どの皿も香りや温度、食感にも拘っていてさすがに贅沢な時間でした。
