Coming here couple of times since past few years and customer service is still good. Minus, the long queue your queries resolved pretty quick.
Got my iPhone XS Max here on 28 Oct 2018. Staff were quite friendly and helpful considering it was 9pm and close to closing, only downside is the queue needs proper management.
the cust. service guy should brush his teeth. i almost throw up when he starts the conversation. i suggests he should go for the grooming class .
I wonder if it takes 2 hours to terminate my broadband or should it take only 2 minutes. Plus I subscribed to a broadband which gives me 1.5gb a month . Beach please go organize your products !
You have a good deal of bad reviews in Foursquare on this Maxis. Try it out yourself and if your experience is bad then it's justified. Otherwise you would probably be one of those lucky ones.
You can't write a letter to request or deal with anything here even if you are the Company Director...you have to get someone else to Authorise you..next time I should ask my Clerk to authorise me..
This isn't a dealer - they can do a lot more than collect payments
Went there two times to request relocation for my maxis home fiber internet, however, they didn't cover my area at Puchong Puteri. When I requested for terminate, they wanted to charge me RM 500.

The Indian lady receptionist is just crappy. She asked me to call up maxis centre first before collecting the deposit when I'm already at here. She only passed me the queue ticket after I insist.crap!
Service is EXTREMELY slow. Wanted to change accounts there and had to wait for almost 1.5 hours. Good thing I'm porting out of Maxis for good!
If you come here please make sure you need to spend at least 1hour to settle down any problem...dammmn slow!

Are you kidding me Maxis? Reputable telco in the country and you only have a few counters open for your Sunway branch? There is 30 people waiting to be served. Not acceptable, slow and ridiculous!
Bills can be paid via the 'ATM ' located on the left side of entrance.
Here for paying bills and its a long queue? Settle it at the 3 atm lookalike machines which is located besides the entrance of maxis.
I hope supervisor or manager in charge can look into their customer service. Arguing with customer is not accepted. Keep customers waiting and wasting our time.Still the same service even10 years ago.
It just disappointed the customer every time I come. The service sucks and the customer service is arguing with customers. I hope some can look into the queue system.
So many service counter and only half of them are filled. Yet they hired 5 fucking sales idiots standing at the entrance chit-chatting. maxis only know how to sell but fail in post-sales service!

Super slow!!!! No wonder san francisco coffee wanted to invest their business at the waiting area coz u will always see many people sitting here for more than an hour to wait for ur turn !!!

Slow service. Inefficient staff . Rude customer service. Unprofessional staff joking and playing away while a whole line of customers are waiting. More closed counters than open ones.
