I love to hike , this is one of my hiking getaways. The trails aren't too long, or boring. There's also plenty of parking in the lot of the actual park itself. In all its a great hike and trail spot

Down an unmarked dirt path, sw from Debs Pond , there’s a large rope swing . Whimsical treat for all. No feeling like watching your feet soar above downtown Elysian Park . Trailhead at 4235 Monterey Rd.

Nice couple miles of paved and dirt trails , with several mini paths snaking around the hills . Best part is it's never too overrun with people.
Really nice hike to the top of the hill . You can see almost the whole LA basin!
Great place for a nice walk. We take our dog here every weekend and sometimes pack a lunch to enjoy at the end of our hike .

Great & very strong espresso & coffee here, the prices are reasonable again. They raised their prices to compete with Starbucks but now lowered them back to make this place the best coffee stop around - Michael Jones
