The place has the best chicken in the valley! My staff loves the Lomo Saltado and I love the chicken and their papa de fritas! Prices are good and as muy staff says...the food is off the Hook!
It's all about the Sanguchon . Perfect layers of flavors. Second is the Pollo a la Brasa.
Their chicken is SERIOUS business. Try it in whatever.. Pollo Saltado, Tallarin or right off the frickin' fantastic bone = you can't lose (aka FTW!)
Had the Saltado burrito . Very flavorful. Not enough meat for me and too much rice . Will try the chicken next time.
