Khaled is hospitable and charming. The food delectable. He "fires" his spices and grinds them. I love the grilled platter for two and the baba ganouch. The white chocolate lava cake was delicious!
Rib eye was juicy and tasty. I expect other meals to be tastier. There's still way to go; I think.
