So disappointed & frustrated discovering Apple are not doing their usual set up in-store over Xmas period as this was the main reason for my trip to the shop. I chose not to buy on this basis.

Had really disappointing service at Cribbs store today. New iPhone 8 Plus didn’t work after a week and apple won’t replace easily. Genius Bar proved to be dumbest desk for me. Apple poor show....
