Wonderful running trail of nearly 7 miles for entire loop. Cinder and macadam trail with a few challenging hills if you choose them. Zero car traffic unless you count maintenance.

Great for jogging, walking or riding bikes . Nice shaded areas so hot days are easy on exercise!!
