Horrible service by a employee named Kimmy, went for a battery repair ended up getting my phone with a broken sim card.extremely rude, unhelpful, kept denying the problem without giving a solution

Do not get an iPhone I just compared my HTC thunderbolt to it and beat it in everyday.

This is the worst Apple Store. Some employees do their job but most just stand around while many customers wait on a list to be helped. Lots of people with appointments being called 45 min late.

Try to talk you into anything but a replacement. Too bad!
