DO NOT miss the pizzas , fully wood fired , super fresh dough . At once crispy and soft, charred and mild, it's true authentic pizza napoletana . Pastas are made in house as well , amazing wines too.
And the pizza is fantastic! The best in Georgia so far. Authentic napolitana style. The Margherita pizza is minimalist and perfect. Impeccable crust, San Marzano tomatoes , fresh mozzarella and basil .
Authenticity matters, and the quality of experience makes the food better than it has any right to be.
Pasta is fairly good but the hand made cheese board is outstanding.
WHENT for the first time last week loved the sea bass special would like to see some bread though with the dinners
