Beautiful new park built a year ago on City Hall 's west side. Very nice spot to hang out at when the weather is nice.
Being at the crossroads of Broad and Market makes for great people watching . In the summer enjoy the fountains and in the winter enjoy the skating
It's really not a park . But the new plaza is a tremendous improvement over the old one. You'll want to run barefoot through the fountains with the kids.
Great events like happy hours , concerts , ice skating , Christmas market , etc. all through the year. Good place to get fresh air in center city and eat lunch/get coffee .

It’s always fun to hang out by the law and watch the little birds gather grass for their nests.
Reconstruction that opened 9/2014 is beautiful. The fountain grid is particularly nice.
