I have a 25 gift card to use server Shamika brought me the gluten free menu promptly.. Cool she also knows a friend of mine Brandon who used to work there.. Gives me that Neighborhood feeling for sure

My wings were awesome. My waitress seemed a little preoccupied with something else, but overall the good was great.

Sorry. Terrible service, slow. A table of 10 that sat long after we did eventually got up and left because no one took their drink order. Portions were also pretty small compared to other locations.

Restaurant was freezing, order was messed up, & service was so slow I thought I was going in reverse... I'd rather drive out of my way next time if I have to eat at Applebee 's.

Slow/bad service, no refills unless asked. Food was slow but okay.

Worst service ever....took 40 mins for lunch entree (turkey avocado sandwich ) and then it came out wrong....really?? And I guess I didn't need that club soda refill even though it's 100 degrees out.

Don't order curbside to go. They don't bother to bring it to you. Just let it sit there and get cold.

The slowest service I've seen in a while. Most of the place was empty yet it took forever even for the water to come.
