Had such a wonderful time . The hotel itself is worth a check in, and the deluxe room is highly recommended. They were modernly luxuries furnished, yet practically remain with simple touch of decors

The hotel lobby smells nice. The room has king size bed , their toiletries include shower gel , shampoo, conditioner, bath salts and aromatic soap. Worth of stay.

Free in-room Coffee maker makes good coffee . Free daily night snacks and beverages at the Sky Lounge . Semi buffet dinner was great. Remember to try the blueberry pancakes with honey .

The rain shower was amazing! The view might be a bit disappointing (graveyard) but who cares if the overall environment was great. ????

The smell at the lobby is nice and recreational area is always my favourite

On a slow night, you can have the whole Still Waters restaurant to yourself. The food is delicious and the staff is top-notch!

Huge rooms, very well designed, very best services, good placed. Needed for a small repair some rooms.

Freaking idiotic place raised their parking fees after 10pm from rm10 to rm25 now. Cutthroats muthafuckers, they are. Boycott!

The hotel was good when it was first opened. But many years after maintenance is poor and the buffet selection is still the same. Some improvements and uplift changes required.

Nice cozy hotel with great location.

Expected too much for a 5 star hotel but will still have to explore their other facilities.I hope it really is worth it.

there's a kettle and a cappuccino machine to make coffee .... I still can't figure out how to use the cappuccino machine... here's a tip just use the kettle..

Hotel is very clean . Love the view from our room. Anggun spa is very good. The best spa I've tried so far. Sky lounge open for in-house guest from 9 p.m till 11 p.m.

second time with Maya but still some details in the toilet are not satisfactory; shower hose is broken, ants are found, bathtub drain not working properly. definately a 4 star not 5.
