This place has friendly staff but I am disappointed in CVS staff redirecting people to the self check out lanes. We KNOW they're there but if you are using coupons/cvs card you need an actual human.
When I experience bad customer service, I usually blame the employee helping me. In this instance, though, I felt bad for the ONE employee on the floor, and I blame his manager for incompetence.
If you're buying cough medicine, you still have to show a state ID to buy it, so be prepared.
Go across the street to the RiteAide. This place is frustrating. Never any cashiers if there are cashiers the will direct you to self checkout.
