Bring more people in to work during busy hours. Already pay too much for the amazing coffee ...could at least make it quick to obtain. :-) im impatient!

White mocha cinnamon dolce latte is AWESOME!.. Even better? Get a pumpkin spice latte add cinnamon dolce !

Much better than Starbucks on Lenoir Rhyne, but service is still pretty slow at times

Try making coffee for people instead of talking to each other!

The salted caramel mocha is really good Hot or Cold either way

Bring a file and do your nails ...cause you'll be waiting in the drive thru line for a while

This is the slowest Starbucks ever... I wait in line (in my car or inside) for upwards of 15 minutes to get my drink.

The guy at the drive thru forgot my girl's coffee order immediately.Then when we pulled up he thought we had ordered donuts .After we got down the road we realized the coffee was cold. Worst Starbucks
