I'm not a huge fan of the owner/manager but I am a huge fan of tcby!!
The kids working behind the counter are always friendly and helpful. They keep the place pretty spotless. Purchase by weight so no fear of over or under sized servings.
New self-serve setup is fantastic. And now accepting credit card.
Best frozen yogurt , hands down.
