I like this store, the employees have always been super nice. Natural Balance cat food though was crazy expensive , even after the 10% Petco Pals discount I pay 25 c less per can in NYC. Wild stuff.
Worst service ever! Sales associates were unhelpful and rude. Other customers were also complaining about the lack of service. Also, how hard is it to bag someone's purchase?
