Everything I had is great. Chef Nelson knows how to express his art with each dish and overall concept. So good.... forgot to take a picture, but will so on future visits.
Had the mussels and loved every bit of it. Couldn't have been happier with the friendly , attentive staff and bar tenders. Great atmosphere, and I personally am a big fan of the communal dining.
You have to have the crab poppers, the peel and eat shrimp , and the oysters . If you like beer order one of there beer and a shot specials and pour the shot into the beer for a little extra kick.
I can't wait for this place to open! I took a sneak peak of the interior and it looks awesome. an upscale casual peel & eat seafood spot is just what Oakland needs, CAN'T WAIT!!
Going to be New American cuisine at its finest. Their bar will be ridiculously stocked. Looking forward to dinnner+drinks!

I went back again and confirmed that Evan still makes the greatest whiskey smash in the city .

A.mazing. Spot on seafood . Oxtail and faro fish dish will never be forgotten.
The Tecate was my favorite thing here.
