Apple Southlake Town Square

The best costumer service of any Apple Store I've been to so far. Make sure you make an appointment with the Genius Bar beforehand as they get very busy most of the time.

It seems reputation means a lot to the managers here. I've been contacted about a complaint left here. They are trying to make it right. I'll update here when everything is final. So far, very good.

As with all Apple Stores they are VERY busy! If you are going in for a customer service issue on a product you already purchased go online and make a reservation or you will be there awhile.

As is usual with Apple stores the service was fast, efficient and friendly . They have customer service nailed !

I'm not an apple fanboy, but we use apples at work. I've been to this location a few times and they are always quick and very nice.

I always make a visit to the Apple Store in Southlake when I feel the need to look 'cool'. Always great service...glad to have an Apple Store close to where I live and work.

Went in to get my wife a new MacBook Pro . The staff was very quick and helpful. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Crowded , so head early on a weekday a go on as soon as it opens. Full attention guaranteed to be given! Nice staff .

Call the genius bar ahead of time to avoid crazy wait times.

Super helpful staff . It was extremely well controlled chaos. They had a new screen on my phone in under an hour with over 50 people in the store

If you're going to the genius bar you need to set up an appointment online! They fill up days in advance.

If you make online reservation show up 30 to 60 minutes after your scheduled appointment . This store has perfected the "illusion" of scarcity by always being under staffed and they don't give a crap.

Austin is one of the most helpful geniuses there! He's helped me a few times and always gives me great insight into making the right purchase!

Lots of “managers” standing around... not much help to be had. Waited 30 mins for the privilege of talking to someone about buying a phone.

This place is always packed, but I have never had to wait long. The staff spends whatever time you need, without rushing. Two parking garages nearby.

Checking in on the Apple Store app doesnt mean youre really checked in. You gotta check in with the master of ipads coordinator. #dumb

Even with an appointment setup it could take a long time for them to help you with any technical support for your Apple product

Make sure u check in at front I forgot and now I'm back on longer line waiting Ugh

Don't depend on the iOS Maps app to get you here on time. They will cancel your reservation .

5-6 hour wait for an "appointment " at Apple in yuppieville. By then you've either solved your problem somewhere else or moved on to a better product with better service ????

Dissapointed as I thought this was a fruit store. I went a couple of blocks down to Kroger to get some oranges and bananas .

Get the AppleCare . It'll eventually pay for itself, especially on iMacs or MacBooks.

Worst Genius Bar ever. There is not enough space for me to type about my experience. In short , I was lied to... Told they worked on something, I am certain they never touched it.

Best place to people watch

Try to look out for non-techies. Only thing I don't like about these stores is that people just come to play.

Employees were busy talking with each other and left waiting for 30 minutes then left the store without being served.
