I love this place, but it's been hard to go there. Salespeople don't let u alone to look at what u want and stops u every 2min with questions. It seems to be purposeful: if will not buy, go away.
My personal experience with customer service here is that it was excellent. Much better than many of the other Best Buy stores that I have been to.
Feels like I'm watching the slow demise of Best Buy. Shelves are empty, very little stock in the camera area, where I shopped this trip. I hope they see a turnaround. Really like this store.
