Has the esquites (which was great) and the barbacoa and al pastor tacos . I liked both but preferred the flavor of the al pastor better.
For being in a hotel , this place impressed me. Tacos are non traditional--my fav was the lamb
taco tuesday special includes $3 al pastor (pic is of 1-carne asada & 2-al pastor in to go container) - very tasty!
Cute concept inside the Austin Hilton . But they don't serve Shiner , or any Texas or local beers for that matter. WTF. How can you call yourself an Austin taco resto w/o Texas beer . Disappointing

Good was OK for being in a hotel . The waitress was a bitch and scolded us for asking questions saying “this is not a Mexican restaurant ; it is a Taco Project.”
Whatataco tastes like a Big Mac and tater tot poutine was awful, but the other tacos were quite good!
