The further inland you go, the more sushi becomes like Bento Box: roll centric, most with fried and sauced components. This isn't my favorite type of sushi , but I do like it now and again.
This is my favorite lunch spot . I eat here at least once a week if not more.
If you like salmon , go with the Baja Roll and the John Lemmon Roll!
The waitress saw me come in, we made eye contact and she still completely ignored me! The sign says "wait to be seated" and the place was almost empty!
