Yoga classes on Thursdays & Sundays fill quickly. Get there early to get a spot.
Roy you're nuts this gym is awesome. Way better than planet fatness and the classes are a great workout.
The treadmills are usually mostly free at around 11:00 am on weekday mornings. It's also when someone is cleaning around the treadmills so you get a cleaner workout space.
Jane's spin class (Tuesday 5:45am) owns my soul. No other instructor lived up the the asskicking that she brings.
