They make £6.75 sandwiches but they're huge! You get 2 sandwiches made between slices of delicious loaf. You can even share if it you get something on this side. Nice little shop area by the entrance
Great dessert place - cakes , slices, pastries , sweets, etc (passionfruit cheesecake was yum). Great coffee & tea . Plenty of space, good noise level in the evenings, great spot for post-dinner chat.
Great British fare, always. Perfect place for lazy lunching . The sandwiches are a favourite. Expect a short queue.
Great spot serving fresh British food ; pies and pastries are especially good! Lovely for both coffee & cake and dinner alike. Grab some treats to take home from the little "farmshop" on the way out.
Great service (even at the busiest time) and atmosphere. Sandwiches are massive and with unique flavors. My friend tried pea and ham soup and liked it. Amazing deli and dessert selection too.
Divided in a cute food store selling homemade bread/cakes and the café serving delicious dishes prepared in the open plan kitchen. Simple British food ,bustling atmosphere, free wi-fi & homemade treats! Read more
Albion serves great British food on offer all day at their café/restaurant. They also have a small shop with some of the best organic produce in Shoreditch , but beware of the prices; it can be dear.
The stake sanwich melts in your mouth and the root salad is super tasty, specially when you've seen everything you are having raw at the shop.
Lovely food... the half pint of prawns is amazing and portobello mushrooms on toast and Lancashire hot pot (lamb ) are both very good. Avoid the Pinot Noir (Le Vieux Quartier, 2010), poor wine for £32
Cute enough. Big thumbs up for calling out Plant Based vegan meals first (animal carcasses are the add on) but spotty service, tiny portions.
Good to take a seat, drink a coffee and eat a delicious cake ! You can see the food preparation through the glass. Great options for foodies in the store.
Great place with fresh pastry and delicious breakfast . Try their pain au chocolat , it's one of the best I've ever had!
Fantastic for breakfast , lunch , or brunch . The sausage and mash is excellent, as is the full Albion breakfast . Also try the gunpowder tea , which is green tea based.
you can do your work and watch people chilling when you are sitting outside and eating delicious tastes of course.. have you ever tried rooftop !? you better do:)
Excellent Full English brekkie . Order an extra toast , some strawberry jam and a pot of Yorkshire Tea . Amazing. Plus: if you go by yourself you get to sit in no time.
Good place to go for pastries , fresh produce and organic food . Can be a bit pricey , but a nice experience and friendly environment .
Great spot for coffee and a bite to eat. I can recommend the kedgeree and the cake selection .
The Coronation Chicken Sandwich is fluffy and delicious! You basically get 2 sandwiches for the price of one so you can eat both or take one to go. A great value !
Nice pot of tea and scone with fresh cream and jam ! Cauliflower and asparagus soup was a bit too thick and spicy though.. Nice environment for chilling the afternoon.
Went here for coffee with a friend. Lovely ambiance and pastry selection . My pan au chocolate was way too much pan and next to no chocolate though. Soy latte was kind of unappetizing too.
Amazing breakfast , monstrous croissants . Order a main for yourself and the almond croissant to share.
Their bakery used to be amazing, but hasn’t been for the last year or so. Bring back the old carrot cake recipe!
I simply love this place, food quality is definitely a thing here, pricy for brunch/lunch and so on but is definitely worth for a quick bite
The sandwiches here could feed a family of four for several days. Good crusty bread . Curiously, I'm not sure if you can really buy the veggies here, or if they are only shown for organic hipster-cred.
The full breakfast is amazing. Expect a queue on the weekends but worth the normal half hour wait! Also pick up some bits from their shop to take home.
This place can get a bit nuts on the weekend, so avoid going at peak times. Off peak is lovely. Great sit-down food and takeaway nibbles.
I ordered a roasted chicken sandwich with mayo and lettuce, but I didn't expect two sandwiches ! :o It tasted great, I couldn't finish both of them tho, so I took one home in a doggy bag :-)
Breakfast here is a must :) and the Flat White is really perfect, one of the best I've ever tried.
No wait for dinner and great service. Rich chicken shellfish pie . Pimms and lemonade makes for a great spring/summer cocktail .
The porridge is delicious and there's great natural light in the back area. And it's adorable.
Located next to the Boundary in Shoreditch , this pastry palace must not be missed. Their breakfast sandwiches are collosal, and homemade scones outrageously scrumptous. Takeaway never tasted better.
Went two days in a row for breakfast . The scrambled eggs are delicious, the omelette and toast are just OK. Wait staff is super friendly and easygoing.
Beautifully craft bread , typical English food and very clean design
Cafe and small shop, with an in-house bakery and cake counter, where the vast majority of the food and drink products are British.
Uber trendy breakfast/lunch spot. The scrambled eggs & smoked salmon is delicious.
Godly croissants and bread . Their food offering is seasonal, homely and very well cooked but pricey . £13 for steak sandwich and chips , ouch!
Dog and hipster friendly 😊. Can get very crowded . Brunch was big and tasty and so did the coffee .
Bathrooms have Aesop hand balm 🙌🏻 toasts are good
Lovely lunchtime sandwiches . At £4.50 they are on the pricey side, but with the quality bread I think it's worth it.
Albion breakfasts are killer. Great price for loads of great food! Their bread is sublime. A little butter and you're in heaven.
Calves liver and mashed potato is great. Service is efficient and smooth
Reasonable dinner for reasonable prices, at least by London standards. Don't expect anything fancy from the dishes, but be sure to check out the freshly madd bread !
I find myself systematically going back for focaccia , feta pie , bread and the weird raw juices in cosmetic style bottles. Join me ;)
Fine food and drinks. Service is good. Either alone or with family or friends Albion is a great choice in the area
Food is good. Getting too busy to give you the proper attention and care. Waited too long (20min) for my coffee . Nearly finished my breakfast before it came. And even getting the bill is a wait.
Hailing the simple pleasures of British nostalgia, Albion is all plump Brown Betty teapots with knitted cosies, Tate & Lyle Golden Syrup tins as cutlery pots, tractors seats for stools. Read more
Great sausage rolls the almond croissant is legendary Excellent bread
Only had a cup of tea but definitely want to return for breakfast ! Also next to the Boundary Hotel if you fancy an al fresco drink on the roof top !
Great French food and wine is fabulous. Rooftop is a must.
Steak sandwich with chips was superb. And our service was prompt friendly and quick! Would love to share a picture but my plate is empty now!
Black coffee is the best that they have.. and the muffin is good.. Atmosphere is excellent - ThiS_iS_Me 🇸🇦🚶
Small plate nibbles make up a supper easily and relatively inexpensively in upmarket place. Great cocktails (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) - Phil Kench
Amazing healthy food! Very good for a lunch to load yourself with energy. Quite big portion of base (e.g rice spinach), vegetables and meet/falafel/etc. for £6.25 - Денис Терёшкин
Everything is delicious : tea, coffee, sandwiches and the scones with fresh berries and cream. Miam miam - JC Gombeaud
go here to experience a wealth of different food and a great communal atmosphere, good for breakfast, lunch and dinner with over 20 different food outlets to choose from. - Lee Hart
Bacon and Egg Naan with Chai makes for one of the best breakfasts in the area. - William Glass
