Terrible service since new management. Have had to wait 20-30 mins for scheduled appointment. New staff is obnoxious and rude. Kelly = no good. Cici and Sarah are the best if you have time to wait.

This place has high turn over. Stay away from Andrea unless you want to be treated rudely. Definitely not renewing my passes once they are up.
