North beach is the northernmost beach on Honeymoon Island State Park . It's the sandiest too. Southern beaches are mostly rock. Can get crowded on weekends and holidays, so get there early.

Honeymoon Island State Park South Beach

Had a terrific day at this beach. Saw dolphins a few hundred feet offshore, an armadillo, plenty of birds and a huge turtle. Walked north and found a nice sandy spot without as many rocks. - T-town Tom
