There are separate lines for walk-in and online applicants . Line for walk-ins is obviously longer. If you have mobile internet, register while lining up and take note of ref # and go! No need to print

Come in early so you'll finish in an hour or so. When you reach the 2nd floor, get a form (for both new and renewals ) from the guard and proceed to the Sunday Mass area for queue. :-)

Better than Robinsons Manila. You can finish the processing in 2hrs hassle-free & stress-free. Come around 2PM,there's fewer applicants . Bring something that'd kill your boredom while waiting in line .

Lines will be long. People line up as early as 6/7am outside the mall . You can try coming in @2--3pm as the lines have already thinned out by then.

Register online. Saves you some time and puts you at the head of the line before the non-online ones.

Queues are long yes, but security guards are more efficient and organized in this branch.

If your name gets a "hit", you have to come back after 2 weeks to get your clearance.

There's almost 100 individuals here at 8am but much better than going at 4am in Galleria.

Operating hours are from 10am to 7pm but they can only accommodate 500 clearances per day.

Has 4 steps: 1) Payment, 2) Encoding of information, 3) Fingerprint and Photo taking, 4) Claiming of Clearance

Lined up outside the mall at around 9am. There were about 70 in front of us. Finished in 2 hours.

I went here after lunch , saw ten people in queue, it only took me 45mins!!! :)

Queue is a breeze compared to other centers!

Very long line ... Staff make errors and double entries which would affect your renewal . Staff are very rude and unprofessional esp the OIC who doesn't act and look like one... Two thumbs down...
