Not highly rated, not a great setting or location, but one of the few places in Montreal to get certain authentic traditional Vietnamese dishes which cannot be found elsewhere.
Bun Cha Hanoi all the way, but ask for half/half meat balls and meat, otherwise only 1 meatball is served with slices of meat
Crab rolls , Vietnamese shrimp & pork pancake and pho ; all three pretty good.
Not as good as it used to be and some very interesting items (like crispy Vietnamese pancake ) gone from menu...
Has now moved to 2605 Jean Talon. Bright and clean , food the same...
New location!
The owner of this restaurant has a temper. Beware! His name is Tommy (Tuan) and he yelled at my elderly parents today over a simple misunderstanding. It's NEVER okay to yell at customers! Terrible.
Lots of choice for new restaurant !!
Le meilleur vietnamien de Montréal! Les soupes sont particulièrement bonnes.
Excellent plats vietnamien ! À découvrir !
Bonne ambiance, bon service , bonne assiette , ET apportez votre vin !
La meilleure soupe Wonton que j'ai mangé de ma vie!
Bananes frites avec crème glacée
Fermé le mardi
Service décevant et qualité la cuisine. Changement de chef ? Je ne compte pas y retourner.
The best Banh dap thit nuong (Grilled pork with rice-cake and vietnamese shrimp chip) in Montreal - Duc C. Nguyên
Recommended by a Vietnamese friend as a hidden gem. Y Lan did not disappoint, simply one of the best Vietnamese meals in a long time. Chicken Pho, Viet Pancake and grilled chicken with vermicelli - S P
My usual order : M4a - chicken Pho with one spring roll which comes with hot peanut sauce ( we usually change the shrimp in spring roll with chicken which makes it even better) - Naz Haz
