The selections and available collections proved to be worth the wait for Nashville's first high-brow department store . A serious "you know you've made it when" moment for Nashville.

Robbie Eversole, Beauty Stylist , is amazing. He was professional, experienced, and attentive. Nordstrom is always fabulous with customer service and Mr. Eversole is a great example of that.

The Green Hills Nordstrom is on par with Chicago's Michigan Ave. location. GREAT shoe department , Alexander McQueen and Gucci RTW. What more can you want?

Big, 3 floors, has mainly chic and upscale items. Expensive. Toilets are on the first floor. There is also a bistro inside.

Buy as much of your favorite shampoo and hair gel as possible before it runs out for 20+ weeks!!! Pandemic???

Best business suit I have never purchased.

You simply cannot beat the customer service....Ask for Ally in handbags !! The best!

Coffee from the eBar is more affordable and just as good (if not better) than that other giant corporate run coffee place .

Good selection of designer clothes . I was recently disappointed with the lack of quality service that is expected from Nordstrom. Was given the run around.

Get your stuff shipped whenever possible, it saves on sales tax and shipping is free.

No offense but it's really sad to see that people are thinking Nashville "made it" just by adding Nordstrom. I've been shopping at Nordstrom since the 80s - even the crappy malls in Seattle have them.

Make sure you see Amy Thacker in the shoes department ! No ones better than her!:)

Men's tip: Hugo Boss makes the perfect slim-fitting sweaters to wear with suiting/professional attire.

Packed! These shoes are great, but really, less 5 inch heels please. Im too tall for that.

Lauren at Bobbi Brown is a makeup goddess. She knows her colors and how to shape and shade according to your face type, eye shape, etc. You won't regret going to visit her.
