My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Philadelphia. Huge portions , reasonably priced. By far the BEST Spring Rolls ever (super crispy ). Try the 7 courses of beef . Great service.
Everything is great here but for me, the stand out star dishes are: the grape leaves , shrimp and pork summer rolls , papaya beef jerky salad and any of the vermicelli bowls.
Highly recommend the papaya salad with shrimp and the beef pho noodle soup...YUMMY!

Vermicelli combo ! One of the best Vietnamese dishes I've ever had. It's a lot, though; it can easily feed 3-4 people.
The vermiceli combo was great, especially the stuffed grape leaves . Dedinitely also have the jackfruit shake . Oh, and the beef carpaccio was excellent
Love the salt and pepper chicken and the vermicelli bowls. Delicious spring rolls as well !
Excellent restaurant for a quick lunch in the heart of Chinatown. Order the Chicken Basil for a great dish.
Bar none, the absolute BEST crispy spring rolls .
Just heard they are doing a new Friday happy hour $25 ope bar and apps from 6-8!
Chest tightness? Discomfort? Flushing? That's not a heart attack... it's an MSG reaction from the noodle soups !
The spicy beef noodle soup here is the best in all of Philly. So is their beef in grape leaves .
love the pad thai ! way better here than any thai restaurant ive ever been too!
Try the Mai tai at Bar Saigon. Rum , more rum and a paper umbrella. Read more
