I don't think I've encountered better customer service at a hotel before, and I stayed at a LOT of hotels . They took me to my room and called to check if it was of my liking. Beds are very soft though

Be sure to have your aunt leave her purse unattended for a bit. Someone will eventually snatch it and then you'll get a free fun show when the concierge gives chase. Slowest thief ever.
The Garden Terrace here exudes a wonderful ambiance, a perfect place to hang out in with some drinks or snacks .
