The salmon teriyaki and the oyako don are fantastic! I've lived in Los Angeles and Hawaii and was pleasantly surprised to find a superb Japanese restaurant in Cincinnati .
The miso soup was very good. I loved the soba . The mugicha (barley tea ) was great. The kashiwa mochi for dessert was my favorite. It was very authentic . The people who worked there were very nice.
Super fresh fish - I recommend relying on their daily chef’s daily recommendations for omakase style advice. Get their early, and try to call ahead for a reservation
I love getting their bento boxes . They come in cute sections with nice side dishes, miso soup , and a salad
Sashimi to die for. Love the yamakake and my husband loves the vegetables that come with the grill dinners .
Took my boyfriend there for his first experience with real Japanese. Wonderful Sukiyaki ! I made it before, but it was years ago! The waiter was very good to show me how it was done again, and then it
Great sushi with attentive and friendly hosts .
Love their lunch bento boxes , especially the cod !
Vanilla bean and matcha panna cotta ????
Best Sukiyaki I've had in a long time! Waiter was good enough to remind how to cook it again! Lots of food and a great time! Left a big tip! Read more
Teriyaki chicken is awesome. The miso soup and ginger salad that comes with it...also awesome!!!
Authentic Japanese menu . Great service.
All i can say is oh.my.god. The food was amazing, so fresh! Service was impeccable.
Best authentic sushi in Cincinnati
The tempura udon is UNBELIEVABLE. I have it every week.
If you don't get salad , you can get double miso soup
Salmon chazuke is yummy. Ask for it even though it's not on the menu !
You can also get curry even though it isn't on the menu. With or without meat.
YUM! Try the "Pickled Plum Roll"!!!
All I can say is WOW! Felt like I was back in Japan :)
Omakase is the way to go!
No liqour license but you can bring your own
Grab some fresh sushi and a big entree sized bowl of soup .
The misoyaki is my favorite.
Double spicy tuna roll is fantastic!!
River shrmp appetizer
Sushi is overpriced a little bit. It's between good and great but definitely not the best. Can be fresher. It's Midwest, probably good enough.
The fried pad Thai it's delicious. The spring rolls and Gyoza make great appetizers! Definitely coming back!!! - A C
