I don't know her name, but the person I dealt with had no idea what she was doing. I was the only customer, and STILL got the wrong milkshake . It wasn't bad, just not what I ordered.
Avoid the drive thru . They don't listen and mess up your order. Then they have the nerve to blame you for their mess up. In fact, go to Del Taco across the street or the Habit.
