I'm always annoyed by 20 reps constantly coming up and asking if I need help. Leave me alone! Recommend coming in with headphones to drown out the annoyance.

Be on the lookout for sales on the more expensive Blu-Rays like Disney movies and the like.

If you're waiting in line at checkout and someone goes in through the exit the cashiers won't tell them to wait in line , so save yourself the trouble and use the exit too.

This one is super ghetto. Hardly anyone to help you and they are very slow. People cut in line and don't speak English either. It's worth the drive to go to the one in Tustin

Every time I go to a Beat Buy I regret it. I hate Amazon but somehow they suck less than Best Buy. Walked out angry again. Will stick to online retailers in the future.
