Teide National Park

The white, fluffy blanket in the background are made of clouds . Below this point the weather have been super cold & rainy, while in this height we were enjoying the warm sun & gorgeous view .

Wow wow wow! See as much as you can and I propose walking down instead of the bus . There is an awesome trail starting from the back of Las Lajas recreational area . Be read for some trekking though.

On the road , there are spots with information boards to read through. It’s definitely worth it! Knowing more about how this place have been created by nature, what are the different plants here & more

Going to the very top is really a must! Make sure you get a special permission in advance via internet. When there are no clouds you can see all Canary Islands from the top! Also dress warm :)

It was so fun driving on a single road with no other cars coming opposite or behind us. Great feeling to be alone surrounded by this amazing scenery

There are also walking pathways to go on for nice walks, discovering the parks lovely areas. Great for enthusiastic photographers & explorers

Great view-lift cost 26euro now for round way.however if you have time you can climb up/down and one way takes 4hs(says the board on teide) so you can climb up and go down by lift(one way 13euro).

Mount Teide, the volcano at the center of Teide National Park , stands 3,718 meters above sea level, making it Spain’s highest point.

My partner & I rented a car and spent an entire day driving & walking to explore the Teide National Park . It’s truly wonderful!

Better skip the visit to the top. 26€ for the cable car and probably a long wait , but not much to see up there. Check out the national park from the many free view points close to the roads .

Very interesting landscape. Unfortunately we couldn't go all the way to the top because of the weather (too windy), but that means I have to come back another time :-)

Amazing place! National park around the volcano of tenerife ! So beautiful, but from october-march it's very cold because of the height

View above the sea of clouds , under the volcano . Breathtaking scenery , clear, cool and dry atmosphere, magnificent experience.

Amazing view . However, the cable car cue could be better arranged, we waited for more than 2 hours. And take your belongings with you, NOT LEAVE IN THE CAR! There are thieves!

Amazing sightseeing, really impressive and make you feel how small we are in this world and understandable that just one moment enough to be wiped from the Earths face out;) Protect the Earth!!!

Hiking through colorful moon landscapes. Be early, as it starts to get very busy around noon.

Spain's highest mountain is not in mainland Spain. Also, it's so freaking dark up here that you can see a gazillion stars!

Stunning views . This was one of the highlights of our week on Tenerife .

It's cold up there and it took 3 hours and 45 minutes in line to enter the cable car...but the view was good!

Take the warning signs serious and don't leave your valuables in the car. They break open your car at the parking lots .

When you climb in winter, be sure to take very warm clothes , spikes and sticks!

Allow at least two days for visiting this park . And do some hiking here.

If you don't manage to get a pass to the top there are plenty of tour guides who will get you access.

Teleferico del teide closes early (1650) so get there early if u wanna use this coming down
