Ask (nicely) for a room overlooking the water - the view is stunning! If you have any problems or special requests, their social media team is really on top of things! (Twitter: @sebelpierone)
My Sydney home. You are always greeted with a smile (and a glass of wine ). The breakfast is vast and the best way to start the day, not to mention the unbeatable views of the harbour .
LOVED IT! The gym facilities are great; if you are into cross fit. You can have a nice run by the bay . Location and. Breakfast perfect ten ????
We regularly supply photo booths for wedding receptions here. The recently refurbished reception rooms are magnificently decorated and the views are amazing! Staff are friendly and relaxed!
Opera house just walking distance. Friendly staff . Little pricey on some of the stuff like parking . Convenient for business travelers with offices in the CBD.
Love that the Pier One is dog friendly . Beautiful views . Great evening strolls from the room.
Really nice to be right on the water, but if you're here more long term, you're a pretty good little walk to the nearest public transport . Quiet and relaxing, though. Few internet issues, but OH WELL .
Just walking distance from the opera house. It's jacket weather. I reach into my pockets as I explore the vicinity. Only thing missing is you against the city lights #2wedxobam
Stayed here 3 nights. Great location, Sydney Harbour Bridge is on your left and you can walk the Opera House. However I think it's overpriced and if you drive, the $50 for a day parking is ridiculous!!
I'm on the bottom floor. This room is awesome, clean and roomy . Great location, have slept like a log each night, peaceful spot . The hotel owners should approach Telstra about the reception.
Sit outside on a sunny day with a drink and a snack from the on site foot truck and gaze across the water. Excellent sunsets .
Breakfast has a soft serve açai machine with fresh fruit . It's so good.
Nice rooms. Nice bar . Exceptionally attentive staff without trying to engage in sales.
Superb location and a very nice small cozy hotel .
Pathetic wheelchair access for a modern hotel . Came here for a nice, quiet lunch , but had that spoiled by an unruly an loud child at the next table ????. Harbour views are nice, but somewhat inhibited.
There's a glass floor that looks to the ocean, in the foyer/cafe area! Grab a coffee & watch the waves.
Whoever the twat was who complained about the quality clearly didn't stay here. Fantastic hotel , fantastic location and a unique, quality experience.
Great venue for a meeting. Brendan is an awesome event manager. Super helpful I'll come here again
A beautiful place to get married. We often deliver our Wedding Cakes to this venue. Read more
Great for sunsets and cocktails
Amazing hotel right under the bridge .
Location is great, rooms are standard. The whole place is cluttered with mismatching decor, signs and odd bits of steel infrastructure protruding from the ceiling. Kinda weird.
Cosy rooms and gorgeous location ! Staff amazing
A$35 per day valet parking .
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. That is all.
Contact our Assistant Managers if we can be of help

The room toilets look like they belong in a nursing home , seriously...

Honestly overpriced and paying 50 a night for parking is anoying
Room 242 is an iron box. No wifi signal.
Great location food and staff casual but fun
The toilets sound like jet engines . Feels like I am in an airport
Renovations a mess currently
Just started work.
Cocktail menu is lacking
The rooms are great, just ignore the strange smell.
Expensive because of its location, not its quality. Reminds me of the $40 motel I stayed in ay Swan Hill .
You can't go wrong with their ever evolving tasting menu paired with wines. Absolutely loved the pre dessert! - Vivek Prasad
Great views of the sun set. - James Ferguson
Try the Käsekrainer - Traditional Austrian junk food. Original taste. Don't miss to try! - Kay-Uwe S
The cafe at the bottom has extremely awesome bagels. Soft warm dough but crispy outsides. Service is friendly and they'll add a chunk of lemon to your salmon bagel. Will be back for more for sure! - Victoria Pooley
The Mosaic restaurant is pricey but very good. Their pink lemonade is delicious too. - Ashley Howe
Absolutely an amazing complex! Its history is unique. Guided tour is essential. Right after the tour you have a discount for a show! I had a chance to watch Tosca! - Suna A.
