Apple Chestnut Street

Why go to the tourist overrun Union Square store when you've got a smaller, more intimate and less horribly crowded neighbourhood store at Chestnut Street? Totally worth the additional time to get to.

Way less crazy than the union square store . Super fast and friendly service , lots of fun things to play with.

Shawn is the sweetest and friendliest person at this store! Others are nice too. Pretty much the best Apple store in the Bay Area!

You know you need your fix. Get your fanboi ass down there and pick up the latest shiny toy . Protip: I've had quite a bit of success getting some "genius" help walking in around 8pm

Service quite friendly as they are in most Apple stores for the exception of one person. Service was quick and efficient. The store is quite crowded .

The wait here is long!! They give you an appointment time , and then make you wait again. Writing this message 30 mins after my appointment time .. still waiting!

I brought my macbook there to replace the hard drive on it.They told me to pick it up the next day. The next day I spent 2 hrs getting there to hear "come tomorrow, not ready yet". Dissapointed.
