Rooms are fine. They are renovating them. I had a high floor room and it was great at an affordable price !

The parking situation is horrible u have to either park on the street or 72 street which isn't that close. Parking at the meter is free from 6pm to 8am & u have to go to the meter at 8am to feed it.

Park your car for $1 pr hour at the public parking on 72 st. (Free between 6pm - 8am)

Beautiful resort . Been here 12 years for a gay themed conference . Service can be overwhelmed with massive crowds, bit rooms are clean (ask for renovated or higher floor!).

Almost too beautiful to be true. Must go.

Very nice pool and beach area and decent rooms for the price. Needs a little updating and preferably more furniture to fill the room. Wifi is terrible, but free. Would still choose another hotel .

Parking is less than 100 meters away, very close and 24x7. 30$ / night tho. For the location no complaints.

No valet parking . Self parking half mile away!!! And must feed the meter. If u get stuck with an old room ask for a renovated one. Don't let them charge u extra.

The Beatles waved to cameras from room 1114, where George & Ringo slept, supposedly.

Very strange place, totally creepy interiors and parking situation is poor. However beach is beautiful!

The keys really suck! Had trouble getting into the room constantly and the guy at the desk was snide about correcting the problem.

The valet service is poor! There is no space available for cars. Only a public parking almost 4 blocks away. No access to strollers!

As of March 2013: 1. $30.00/Day for Overnight Parking , 2. $25/Day for Resort Fee (Wifi , Beach Access ). It would be nice to have this information upfront, wouldn't it?

Careful of their nickel and dimeing. I haven't even checked out yet and already have nearly doubled the nightly rate with fees. Resort fees (a fee for staying here), parking , etc. Plan ahead for this!

Not the best place I've ever stayed, but certainly not the worst. The male staff members were a little rude when I asked about possibly switching rooms or getting my room cleaned again.

The customer service here stinks staff members aren't on the same page with policies. Cleaning staff is a joke .. The pool and beach access is beautiful other than that this place is not worth it.

Do not recommend this place. Employees are very rude, no valet and found unspeakables under the bed and the housekeeping manager yelled at me, said wasn't there before. Oh and won't return money.

Be SURE to ask for one of the renovated rooms because if you don't they will try to stick you in an old room ...

Gross hotel . No where near a resort ..pool closes at sunset ?? People do like to get in the pool at night. Mold and smelly rooms . We were booked for a king and got 2 doubles. Just skip this place.

WORST HOTEL !!!! Super dirty rooms, old run down, carpet stained, room dirty , remote doesn't work, lid missing coffee pot, fingerprint stains all over, air vent knob stripped. Very Nasty place!!!!

This hotel is a dump . Staff are rude and don't answer calls. Toilets don't work. Water stops in the middle of shower . Asked for help to fix the toilet and no one came. Do not stay here. Dirty .

The staff is unfriendly and the wifi in the room cannot be connected all the time. The list price is cheaper but extremely expensive parking fee. I will never ever come back here!!

Worst hotel I've ever been! Mattresses squeak the whole night, you can hear the flush of all the toilettes of your floor, mini bar was empty, safe box was closed and personnel took so long to fix it!!

don't book this hotel it is low quality and not worth it even though its cheaper than the competition but trust me you Will be disappointed its smelly not very clean and low quality!!

Wish I would have researched this place better! Rooms are horrible, like-motel 8 rooms are nicer!!. Most of the Staff is rude and seems like nobody can speak any english.
