Finnigan's Wake

Nice Irish Pub located in downtown Winston Salem. Love the corn beef and cabbage . You can smell it’s aroma when you walk in the door.

Shepherds pie is awesome. They have a great beer selection , and the bartenders are all great people. Too crowded with the Wake Forest kids on the weekend, so I stick to the weekdays.

Have the fish and chips - excellent batter, nice and crispy - great texture to the fish - best I've had in America (for pub food ) add to this really well cooked fries and sea salt - awesome!

The faux chicken and tapenade salad with the cucumber feta dressing was incredible!! Ask for Amanda, she gave the best service

Great Irish Pub . Excellent bar tenders. If you can make it through at least one drink there everyday for 90 days you get your name painted on the wall. They also give you special privileges and swag.

Grab a Belhaven's Cream Ale or an Irish Coffee and you can't go wrong here! One of my favorite places in Winston by far!

Seriously try the Irish coffee . It's cheaper than Starbucks and they use Krankie's Coffee and plus they add the alcohol .

Bangers & Mash and Black Bean Cakes are excellent.

Great food, Great Drinks, Great Atmosphere. Try their tomato soup , Artichoke cakes and Fish N Chips . They will even make an Artichoke cake sandwich if you ask :)

The pub mac & cheese is amazing - try it with bangers

Try the peanut butter , jelly and bacon sandwich off the late-night menu. You'll be surprisingly happy you did!

All good pubs have Bass Ale .
