Baymont Inn & Suites Chicago/Alsip

We stayed here while visiting our daughter who is in college nearby. They gave us a great room rate and the hotel is clean , comfortable and has a nice breakfast . We will definitely stay here again.

Our trip to Chicago was a great experience thanks to the staff . They went out of their way to help us find our way to and from Chicago. Thanks to the friendly staff our stay was great.

This motel was better than I expected. It was clean and comfortable . The breakfast room was very nice, and it offered a variety of foods. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful

This hotel has been recently remodeled. It is beautiful. Management and staff are friendly and polite. Hotel is always clean , comfortable , and well run. Prices are reasonable. We recommend.

The staff is friendly , the rooms are clean and modern, microwave, fridge , nice size TV , comfortable bed . They don't mind that we bring the dog. It's definitely my first choice when making trips home.

This stay was very good. We were there on a quick getaway and we enjoyed our stay. The room was good and the staff was polite and helpful. I'm sure we will stay here again.

The hotel was one of the very few in the area, great location. It is undergoing renovations which looks like will be very successful. Bright and relaxing lighting and decor. The room was great.

I have been staying here for nearly 3 years. ALL of the staff members make you feel at home here and do whatever they can to accommodate any request. The lobby and rooms are very nice.

I love this hotel . It is very clean . There was a good variety of breakfast foods . The front desk was very friendly , helpful, and kind. The tv had a lot of channels to choose from.

It was quiet and resourceful. The employees were friendly . The continental breakfast was tasty! I like that the hotel was very close to the airport and local stores We will be back in the future.

We were treated very kindly and the all questions were answered. We enjoyed that the Baymont had 2 queen size beds instead of the double beds. Enjoyed our visit. They helped us with directions.

It isn't a Five star lavish hotel ...but for convenience, and price...great pick. They do have Cardio equipment in there workout room . I enjoy a nice and clean room , each time I come home

Our room was very clean , loved the tv !!! This hotel is lucky to have such great staff members, we felt like we were staying with family! We will definitly be back in the near future!

The breakfast was great! We ate well every morning ! Non dairy options in the milk dept. would have been a huge plus. Always love the make your own waffle stand as well .

Rooms are very clean and staff treats u very well . Bfast is always full and delicious. Really enjoying my stay in Alsip/Chicago. Many amenities , restaurants , movie theatres in the area.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Weve stayed several times now and have recommended friends that are flying out of Midway to stay here. Love the changes can't wait to see the finished product

I have stayed at this hotel for a number of years. They are renovating it and the face lift to the rooms, hallways and lobby are very nice. Overall the hotel is an excellent value for the money.

The renovations have all been completed and the place looks great. The staff continues to be very friendly and helpful. There are many close restaurants that will deliver food to the hotel .

The entire staff is courteous and kind. I was there for two weeks for this stay and everyone made me feel like I was truly in my second home. Thank you to all of you.

I Love It. Undergoing a makeover this is the best place to stay in Chicago. Real people run this Hotel they are very eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Quite rooms great beds.

searched "dog friendly " hotels in the area and hit the jackpot! Not only did they let us park our travel trailer in the parking lot but also treated us with the utmost hospitality and consideration.

Cleanliness is the number one thing I noticed in the hotel and also very quiet inside and outside of the facility . I will add safe too. Keep it up

Great Staff and super Baymount. It really will be a great facility when all the remoldeing is completed. We've been at this Baymount quite a few times in the last six years.

CLEANEST rooms in any hotel in a very long time! We were impressed by the cleanliness, and the service of hotel personnel. I will also say that the mattresses and bedding were extremely comfortable .

I am glade I chose this place to stay. I enjoy hot shower , clean comfortable bed , writing disk, and a cup of coffee . It was a pleasant stay

This was a good stopping point so we could be past the Chicago morning rush hour. We had our small dog and they accommodated and the neighborhood was more desirable than the So. Chicago area.

Looks like they are doing some upgrades to the motel . Also have park and Fly to Midway airport with a free shuttle to airport . Didn't get to check out the free breakfast . Close to restaurants

I've stayed here before & wasn't excited to stay here again but I as pleasantly surprised! This hotel was under re-modeling & the room was very nicely updated & comfortable . Nice amenities .

I hired them rebuild the transmission on one vehicle and perform repair work on the transmission of another vehicle.They got in quickly, and they kept me informed throughout every step of the process.

Hotel was in middle of renovation -did not get one of the renovated rooms . Overall, they did their best to keep renovation issues out of the way. The breakfast & lobby areas were renovated - very nice

My stay at the Baymont Hotel was excellent. I have no complaints. The staff was friendly and everything was very nice.

We stay at this hotel a few times a year. They have a fantastic park and fly package. Van drivers are professional and courteous. Breakfast is great.

I came into Chicago late last night. Came to the only Hotel . A guy named John checked me in - was really nice and really respectful. My room was clean . 

Found the hotel and the staff to be very good. Never had any problem. Beds were very comfortable . Staff was on hand to make our stay comfortable . Very courteous

The staff was pleasant, courteous, and professional. Always smiling. The rooms and décor is dated and they appear to be starting a renovation of some sort.

The service was awesome. The room was great. We had a toilet issue that was fixed almost immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

I definitely do not have any complaints about this hotel or the staff that work there. I would stay there again at anytime if I am traveling back to the Chicagoland area!

Found this motel to meet our needs it was clean , quiet and the staff was quite helpful. We moved to this hotel due to poor stay we encountered at the Days Inn located down the street.

When we checked in the girl at the desk was nice. The room was clean . The bed was so comfortable

It was my birthday weekend and i enjoyed my stay. I love that they had an ice machine and vending machines on my floor.
