The Black Rose Tavern

The only pub I've been in where the landlady will pump an inflatable sheep's arse full of hand cream and smear it on your face. Great pub , owners, service and music . Wednesday night karaoke is killer.

Great wee 'rock' tavern. Could do with more real ale and less gassy lager on tap but you can't have everything I guess!

Great place and food, the hamburger was excellent! And the haggis !

The lunch was so good but the weather out there was so hot and cold at the same time.

The fish and chips are very nice.

I went there to eat around 6pm and got thrown out because I'm just 17.

Lovely staff , nice clientele and the food is pretty good for a pub (avoid the Lasagne though).
