You go through the line and the staff person assembles a custom bowl of ramen (or cold noodle salad or regular salad ) for you. You get just what you want and it's soooooo good!

Ramen with spicy miso - tried it with jalapeños , garlic butter and chile oil - yum! Very friendly staff & good atmosphere.

Soups , ramen noodles are very good for MN.

Nice options. Seems like they might have a good combination for most people.

It is like chipotle, except the food isn't super great and it costs about the same as getting amazing ramen at many other places.
