It's a great place to enjoy a stack of well cooked ribs . Their sauce is unique with a mix of spices that make a thin crust on them. Pull pork is another fantastic option. Service is great too.
Great smoked meats in a great place! The meats are slightly towards to the dry side but smoked nicely, sides are good too! Served with some pickles as well .
Nice brisket . Small place. Larger groups should make a reservation . I sat at the bar which was ok. Food is great.
Went in a while back to try brisket & ribs , but only sell ribs by the rack. Brisket had nice chili rub & the potato salad was good. Slaw was overpowered by red onion .
Best BBQ in Melbourne. The brisket and beer can chicken are outstanding, as well as the sides. MacNCheese is amazing.
Don't wuss out and have at least a little bit of the shit hot sauce . So tasty, and your beer will help you cope :-)

Love this new locale. Can't go passed their amazing pulled pork sandwich (with a dill pickle on the side of course).
The burgers are yum if you can't decide! We liked the burgers , ribs and beef the best.

Kansas City Pork Ribs n Pulled Pork are great, as are the chips . Brisket was a little dry and tasteless tho.

Terrible. $90 for pictured tray of food. Although tasty, NOT worth it. $21 for 4 ribs with little meat on them. Look elsewhere... plenty of other BBQ options in Melbourne that provide more for less.
The BBQ was quite good. Outstanding service staff , super helpful and friendly . The downer was we couldn't get our favorite beers like, VB or Carlton, they had some sort of craft beer tasting stuff.
