Everything was quite good. Love the Hong Kong style roasted meats . The suckling pig was quite good.
Get in early and try the shajiangji (literally ‘sand ginger chicken ’) before it’s sold out at dinner . Incredibly juicy and flavoursome poached chicken sprinkled with a blanket of fried minced ginger .
