Ideally located on the central line (few stops from Oxford Circus ), very nice rooms , free wifi , free gym , £10 for 2 hours of Spa (week evenings), valet parking ... What more does one need to say? Def

Great location, with large rooms, fast wifi , and an amazing spa with a discount for guests. Highly recommended, especially for business visitors to Olympia Conference Centre.

Good for a couples overnight stay. Walking distance from Westfields . The spa is lovely with jacuzzi , sauna , steam and snow rooms . Plus there's a bar area with music to chill out in the evening.

I absolutely loved every bit of their treatment and how the massager sat with me to choose my favourite oils! The warm water fall was amazing. The foot spa with salt , it's really worth it.

The spa area is small but clean . There are only 3 day beds to sit or rest at. People often reserve them by placing towels while they are at the sauna etc. Hence finding a seat is tricky...

Intimate and small spa with really friendly staff . Not the most over exuberant staff but all the essentials to enjoy a relaxing afternoon

Carlos the bartender makes some very creative cocktails including ones with melted chocolate ... Ask him for a Bartender's choice , you can trust he'll make something great.

Make sure to find your way to the snow room . Bring your own pillows if you like down, and bring your own bottled water to the gym

The spa day with afternoon tea was super relaxing. I love their relaxation room.

BYOF if you're in a budget. If you ask the desk for cab, make sure you get a regular cab, not a fancy brand new Mercedes which will cost three times.

Nice friendly hotel staff . Spa was small, basic but clean and everything you needed.

The spa only costs £10 between 8 & 10pm - well worth it!

Want free car parking at weekends or bank hols? Come out of k west, turn left and drive over 1st mini roundabout. All on road there is ok after 6pm weekdays. Less than 5 min walk

If you stay for one night, see if they'll give you an upgrade to a suite - those are lovely!

Big and nice rooms . But it's not acceptable for paying 25 pound daily for gym !!!!

Room #502 is a great room.

Fast wifi , nice and quite spacious rooms . Bathroom can be improved but it's OK.

Large modern rooms .

Wifi works best in the lobby and only during the day with less users

Hang out with the rockstars.

Handy for Westfield - often get good offers if you shop around (use Tripadvisor)

£50 extra for 3 days Internet access . And I just paid £4.39 for a bottle (bottle!!!) of Asahi .

£10 for the gym and an unwanted 5am wake up call were disappointing... Nice shower though!

spot a few musicky celebs at the bar later on, but make sure you're not paying (youch!) and good luck finding the loos.
