The best dumpling I ever had-just a few locations in the US since they are from Taiwan. Dumplings have its trademark, which is a little sauce inside it. Sticky rice and XiaoLongBao are crazy good.
The freshest handmade dumpling you can get around town . Well known for its international franchise, you are in for a great service. Their truffle dumplings is a must try since you can't get it in Asia
Veggie dumplings are great for vegetarians here. There are 2 kinds; get the one with more units; fun to share! Limited in vegetarian selection ; the vegetarian rice cake dish isn't worth it.
Get the spicy wontons and add noodles to it. This way you get to try two dishes. The sauce is amazing.
Ridiculously good Dumpling house in University Village . Service is top notch. Get the soup filled dumplings . Also the pot stickers are the real deal. And if very hungry get the pork buns .
Perfect place for Dim Sum . Tasted as good as in Taipeh, where Din Tai Fung is my favorite restaurant . My favorite dish is Shrimp and Pork Wontons with Spicy Sauce .
In addition to the always quality food, it is rare to not have excellent service. Even when super busy and staff can't get to you as quickly, when able, they're superb.
My life is better because of DTF. Xiao long bao (pork soup dumplings ). Spicy wontons in chili sauce . Sautéed garlic green beans . Shrimp & pork potstickers . Eat & repeat 🔁
Michelin star rated restaurant in Seattle, they have an army of people making dumplings and they are delicious, and explosion of flavor in your mouth.
Everything is delicious and freshly made ! Great local craft beer options too. Place gets super busy so sitting at bar is a great option.
Get the Pork XLB. The fried pork chops are succulent, and the presentation for the potstickers is very unique. Bit expensive , but worth it
I'll cut to the chase. Try their: garlic green beans , shrimp & pork dumplings , pork wonton in spicy sauce and pork chop fried rice . Shaved ice is a must for your first visit! No reservations taken.
Delicious for starter level soup dumplings but honestly not the best around though I'd come back. Still had a great time, family loved it, and staff was amazingly nice. Shaved ice was the underdog!
I think I could eat the XLB for every meal. The sautéed vegetables are great too. Keep an eye out for bar seating as it's first come first serve and the normal wait line is almost always over an hour.
Best xiaolongbao I've ever had. Chicken soup is very good as well as spicy noodles . Then again you can't really go wrong with anything here.
Soup dumplings , spicy noodles , and the shrimp/pork spicy wontons are delicious!
How to eat soup dumplings : Grab gently by the thick knot on top, place in spoon and bite off the knot. After steam escapes, suck out the broth. Garnish empty dumpling with ginger and sauce. Eat :D
I have only tried their dumplings and buns . They are phenomenal! Those with pork ... !!!! Very juicy and tasty. For dessert ? Sesami dumplings !
The Xiaolong Bao and Pork wonton is spicy sauce are the reasons I visit this place very frequently. Buns and rice cakes are also decent. Nice ambience, friendly staff .
One of a few branches of DTF in the area, a must try for the xiao long bao (soup dumplings ). be prepared to wait (no reservations ) unless you come off hours.
If the wait is too long, go inside past the main desk to the Take Out Window. It only takes 20 min and you can eat outside downstairs.
Although it is a dumpling house, you must try the garlic green beans ! The trained cooks are exciting to watch and the shrimp & pork dumplings are noteworthy. Reservations are not accepted.
The xiaolongbao were easily my favorite! Would not recommend the vegetarian rice cake . Get a seat at the bar and skip the wait!
Everyone comes here for the soup dumplings , which are amazing, but try the pork and veggie dumplings in spicy sauce - very good!!
Pork soup dumplings and spicy won ton are favs.
This is delicious, the price is good, but this is not the best dumpling at all and I'm not that even a dumpling connoisseur. I just found weird why this place is so busy.So grab a place at the bar .
One of the best restaurants in the county . Look it up. Top items are pork chop fried rice , pork dumplings , and green beans .
Everything here is amazing. Definitely try the pork dumplings , spicy wontons , and garlic green beans . Be prepared for a long wait though.
Wontons in chili oil , pork buns , soup dumplings are a must. For veggies , can't go wrong with green beans
The veggie dumplings are really good too!
Lots of delicious pork . Good soup dumplings . The place is a well oiled machine. Don't say it's your first time or they will explain every dish on the menu.
Have one person sit in line , while everyone else enjoys the hour of their life it takes to get a table. If alone, just sit at the bar for no wait.
If you're a smaller party over 21, you can sit in the bar area with little to no wait
Very reasonably priced. Expect to wait. Highly recommend soup dumplings as well as regular pork and veggie dumplings .
Great staff ! They are pretty well organized even during the rush throughout the day!
Best dumplings in Seattle...maybe the world! Great menu that clearly states gluten free friendly options!
The shrimp and pork dumplings in spicy sauce are the best. Make sure to come early to avoid the wait.
Such great food! Garlic beans, spinach , shrimp rice cakes , chicken noodles - everything was amazing.
Make sure to get here early, the wait is usually pretty long, but well worth it!!
The corporate atmosphere made me weary. And then the dumplings , spicy wontons ,and beef noodle soup came out. Weariness faded quickly.
Known for dumplings and have great Red Bean Buns . I loved the Seaweed and Bean Curd Appetizer Salad ! Great portion :)
Fast service ! Staff was wonderful. Busy place even on the weekdays, so try getting dinner at 5pm to avoid waiting around in the lobby for long periods of time
So worth the almost 2 hr wait!!! Friendly service , fantastic food! Best dumplings ever !! The veggies were also delicious.
Pork dumplings , pot stickers , wontons in spicy sauces , veggies
Food is delicious. But get here early cause the waiting list is way too long. Pork dumpling and shrimp fried rice are a must!
Get the pork dumplings , so good. Also enjoyed the Hot and Sour soup !
Get the xiao long bao ! Comes with soup if you come on mornings!
dumplings - pork , shrimp , crab . save room for Chocolate & Mochi Xiao Long Bao .
If there's just 1 or 2 of you, head to the bar and seat yourself. There's almost always an empty table by 2pm on weekdays.
I love all their dumplings , so tasteful that it is hard to decide which was the best
