Great Customer service. If you special order it does often get messed up, but they take care of you with out hassle. You can get a $1 off by doing the 4 minute survey.
Don't be alarmed by the long lines at lunch time. This location is much faster than any other EPL I've been too.

This location frequently messes up my order, whether it's missing tortillas or a wrong side, but I love EPL too much to stop going.
