The staff are the best. Get some fresh uni and sushi grade fish to take on to the beach . They will prep all of it for you if you wait patiently. Get steam rice from the sushi place a few doors down!
Fresh uni and oysters ! Could eat an entire tray of uni by myself. Food is more grab and go, or eat standing against the window ledge right outside.
