Cannot decide which is slower: the elevators or wifi . Nice location for early AM flights or late arrivals.

Take everything out of your car if you use the parking garage . Area gangs roam the parking lots for theft opportunities. They are experts at breaking and entering.

The wait staff at Hilton during breakfast are amazing, friendly and smiling all the time. This is great!!!!

I'm only around at breakfast time, but the staff are top notch - wonderfully professional AND nice people too!

Great breakfast buffet but if you want a Starbucks cut through the indoor parking lot (out doors by reception) to the Sheraton. Not very far to get that latte ...

Awesome hotel , very curtious staff . Gi and relax in the hot tub on lvl 5.

Room is cozy . The gym is very small and fairly equipped. The water in the Jacuzzi pool ruined and stained my bikini :(

Gotta say, love the room and the awesome sleep.. BUT.. What's with the extremely slow Internet? If I pay for it, it should be fast..

I checked in my first day as a Diamond Hilton Honors member, to be greeted incorrectly as a "Mr." The bartender at Sax Lounge was great.

Staff very accommodating, even upgraded me to a deluxe suite, sweet.

Breakfast is superb with fresh fruits , cottage cheese and cranberries but avoid coffee . It is the worst ever.

Perfectly located close to Richmond Mall .

They will probably need to take a look at the elevators soon. They are extremely slow. And both elevators would open at the same time. That's not very efficient.

Hotel is ok but the WiFi really su****. Extremely slow. Took ~20-25s to open Google. My Virgin 3G was way faster. Found a comment here from 2 years ago with almost the same issue.

Nice hotel overall but wish they had wifi in room.
